This is a great example of an extremely well regarded and highly reviewed 2-head deck from the late 1980s. It is superbly built, really solid piece of equipment – with audiophile grade components, advanced circuit design and a rock solid silent mechanism. Some of the features of this outstanding deck include:-Dual power supply system-Dolby B, C noise reduction-Backlit cassette well-Accurate and responsive fluorescent level metering-Full logic-controlled silent mechanism-Auto tape type selection for bias and EQ-Variable recording bias current for fine tuning-Music search feature to skip tracks automatically, with advanced programming features-Variable level headphone output on the front panel-Digital tape counter This deck has been professionally serviced, including checking and cleaning the drive belt and pulleys, cleaning the switches and testing and cleaning the internal electrical contacts. The electrical alignment has been checked, using a test cassette, signal generator, oscilloscope and external level meters. This process covers the recording levels, playback levels, meter calibration, bias and tape speed. The tape transport has also been checked and cleaned. It all works as it should and sounds great. It has been inspected for electrical safety and put through a full PAT test, in line with current guidance. It will be supplied with a brand new mains plug that meets both CE marking and the new UKCA safety standards, and is fitted with the appropriate 3A fuse. The tape transport has been checked, cleaned and demagnetised. Everything works as it should on both playback and record and the deck sounds fantastic. Cosmetically, this deck is in very nice condition. The display is clear and looks superb, the front and back panels are excellent, with only minor signs of use evident in the form of a few light surface marks. The case is also in great shape - there are some surface scuffs and scratches on the lid and top surface of the fascia, as you often find with stackable HiFi equipment, but nothing that stands out in normal use – especially once installed. Decks works with no issues. Functionally it is perfect it has wear on the top of the machine and the screen has some unknown wear or grime between the screen and the plastic cover outside. This is not noticeable when the deck is on. Let me know If you have any questions or offers

This is a nice looking non working cassette deck from Denon. Unit powers on but display only lights up a slightly.. Unit will not play, FF or Rew. At a minimum unit will need belt replacement. Cosmetics are nice. Sold AS-IS!

Denon Dr-D11 Stereo Cassette Tape Deck Player (1986). In very good used condition. Unit is in working order, however has not been professionally tested. There are some cosmetic marks on the top of the unit but the rest of the unit is very clean all shown on the pictures. It also has its original box although its seen better days.
