Welcome to my listing for my superb sounding Japanese-made Denon DCD-825 CD player. This high end player is a fantastic sounding unit, very dynamic and expansive, with a deep soundstage and impressive detail. The finely etched and refined sound quality from this player means it is at home in even high end systems. This was a brilliant era for legendary and amazing sounding Denon CD players. On board are a pair of legendary Burr Brown PCM61P DACs, which are very renowned audio chips, which is why this player punches well above its weight in refinement. The transport on deck is Sonys very stable KSS-240A, which is commonly found in a number of high CD players. This CD player is solid as a rock and all functions work perfectly. It reads and navigates discs quickly and very quietly and the drawer is as smooth and strong in its operation. This is truly stunning sounding CD player. As you can see from the pictures, the CD player is in excellent condition throughout, as is the original remote that it ships with. There are a few light marks on the top panel but nothing major. DENON DCD-825 20 bit 8 x Oversampling Hi-Fi CD player In excellent condition this cd player seems to have spent all its life in a HI-fi cabinet and could not have been used more than a handful of times. It is in excellent condition with just a few markings where another appliance has been stood on top. Comes with its original instruction booklet and remote control. For peace of mind a 3 month return to me warranty is included. As you can see from the photos the condition of this item is excellent. Please examine the photos carefully as they are considered to be part of the description. As you would expect from Denon the build quality and choice of components is excellent. The cd player has been checked over recently and given a clean bill of health by an audio service engineer who has been repairing / servicing audio equipment full time for the past 40 years. Item is located in Hither Green South east London SE13. Five minutes’ walk from Hither Green over ground railway station which is easily reached from Charing Cross and London Bridge railway stations. If collecting by train/bus once demonstrated the CD Player would be bubble wrapped and pallet wrapped (plastic wrapping) for safe transportation. The Cd player would be demonstrated and seen/heard working when collected and any technical assistance given if required re setting up at home etc. I am happy to accept a return on this item within 1 week if any buyer is unhappy with their purchase. The CD player would have to be returned in person and in the condition it was received. A full refund would be given on its return.
