Hello, and thanks for looking. This listing is for one Denon AVR-S540BT, AV Surround Receiver that is in very good condition and includes remote control. This receiver has been tested for more than 24 Hs in Tuner and Bluetooth inputs. Also checked that the TV screen shows the setting commands from the receiver. It works well and the sound does not disappoint. It will be shipped carefully packed and protected, with the remote control and nothing else. Photos were taken right after the unit was tested and they provide a better description of the physical condition of the item. Please look at the pictures carefully. IMPORTANT: The battery cover of the remote control has a tiny crack that came from bad handling, please look at the photo in the listing, other than this flaw the receiver and remote work as they should. My handling and shipping times may vary depending on the size of the item and the calendar day. I usually ship everything as soon as possible and no later than the second business day after payment cleared. About Warranties and Returns Cannot provide any warranty on any “as is” or “for parts” product. What I can warranty is that the buyer will receive the product that was purchased, properly packed and will be shipped promptly. I cannot be held responsible for any carrier mishandling or loss, hence the insurance. The products that have a return accepted legend have a limited return policy, only if the item you received does not match the description or the photos I published in the listing. This works for me all the time when I receive something that I believe is not working properly but ends up being a misreading in the user manual, etc. I we cannot get a good resolution for the buyer then I will encourage the buyer to open a case on eBay.
