I have had this receiver since it was released in 2000. Think 1 of the surround inputs on 6 channel external in might have an issue, happened over a decade ago. Can not test to confirm. Tested recently 5 speaker connections and headphones and they worked fine. Original power cable and remote control (still functioning). Very powerful also has phono input for record (vinyl) player.
