This is as close to mint as far as I can see. It is a very low hour great Denon AVR-X4800h that has been sitting awaiting a move to a home that will have enough room to set up a surround system again. This has never been pushed hard whatsoever as the limited use it had was with a system about 8 feet away. I bought this brand new from an Authorized Denon dealer. This is the very coveted highest quality unit “Made In Japan” unit from Denon. I bought the Dirac Live Full Bandwidth license (cost $349) they make available to this unit which is very special in it’s own right… as there are very few A/V receivers allowed to include this option for a Dirac license. I am including the recommended Umik-1 calibration microphone also in great shape. Just used three times with the Denon. If you figure in the added costs of the Umik mic and the Dirac license this is a great price. There is over a year and a half left of my original 3- year warranty these come with. I do not know for sure if is transferable, but I would be amenable to be of what assistance I can in the unlikely event it would be needed. It will got out fast in original factory packaging promptly, arriving in two boxes because of the Umik-1.
