Denon AH-NC800 foldable, dual advanced noise cancelling headphones. Reduces ambient noise by 99%. A pair of high quality 42mm drivers backed by Denon’s compressed audio restorer tech. Soecs: Format - Dynamic. Impedance - 40ohms. Sensitivity - 105db. Maximum Input - 100mW. Battery Life - 40hours (with alkaline batteries). Weight - 180g. Cord Length - 1.5m Plug - Gold plated 3.5mm. Colour - black/silver. Accessories - carrying case with detachable inner velcro net and airline jack. (AAA battery is not included). These headphones are great for any frequent flyers as they work really well at 30,000 feet in a pressurised cabin. Simply cancel out that engine noise or loud passengers whilst taking up little room in your rucksack or cabin bag. Not designed for jogging or sporting activities but again work great in your home or simple commuting. Used but not abused, both drivers are fully working and the comfy headband adjustment fits snug over your head however, overtime the continuous folding of the headphones has weak-end the inner black plastic runner bars for the headband extension. The left side has snapped into two pieces with splits on the righthand piece also, this is why I put tape around each to hold the plastic in place but it does not effect adjustment function. I have removed the tape for photos to show the inner plastic pieces as seen in the last few photos. It does look like you could actually replace these parts but it never bothered me that much to do so. Secondly the chunky black compact protective case shows signs of peel to the spine section but, it does not effect function of the zip and protects the headphones from knocks and drops. Smoke and pet free home.
