Regarding packing, we take pride in getting our items to our buyers safely. If an insured item is damaged in transit please save all packaging to take to the PO if necessary. In order for me to start a claim and your payment to be received promptly, the USPS states that if an item is shipped back the insurance is null and void, So DO NOT start a return on a damaged item, contact us and we will get on the claim process right away. If an item is lost the PO requires a 20-30 day wait before a lost item insurance claim can be filed. FedEx will sometimes send someone out to pick up the item and inspect it. We have a pretty good track record of items arriving safely, we pack for survival! Its a rarity to find an item that has absolutely no indication of use.
