Denafrips Ares II R2R Dac 9/10. I love this DAC! But I see no need in keeping it since upgrading to the Venus II 12th... Yes, it is that good, the reviews are true, so true, I replaced it with a Venus II 12th DAC... I bought the Ares II roughly 1 year ago from Alvin at Vinshine Audio. It does NOT have the latest firmware upgrade, you can do that yourself if you want. Personally, for the money, and owning the Venus II 12th, this Ares II is a steal. It will come in the original shipping box. When I purchased, it did not come with a power cord, but I will throw a good one in for you so you can hook her up right out of the box. The unit is 9 out of 10, no issues, case is scratch free all the way around. I can contact Alvin at Vinshine, and more than likely have the warranty transferred to the buyer, there is roughly 24 months left on it. Happy Bidding! I am selling my Denafrips Ares 2 R-2-R DAC bought in the UK in Dec 22 ( proof of purchase will be provided to buyer). Cosmetically it is without blemish and a well functioning DAC. I have upgraded my speakers to floorstanders and have decided to move up the Denafrips DAC ladder. It comes with original packaging, UK standard AC cable and the card with the Denafrips serial number etc It is for sale within the UK and will not be posted abroad!
