Denon DCD-1650SR CD Player AL24 Processing 24-bit DAC Tested High-Quality Sound Description DCD-1650SR playback and sound output confirmed Equipped with AL24 Processing circuit, this CD player is still popular in the second-hand market. It was released in 2002 . This is the final product of the mid-range DCD-1650 series dedicated to CDs which started in 1990. At the time of listing, I have confirmed the playback of several CDs and CD-Rs, and the sound output is good (within the scope of personal use). The tray opens and closes smoothly. There is no stickiness on the tray. I did not notice any particular issues with the digital output or PHONES (the coaxial digital is unconfirmed).
