Rejected items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, in their original condition as received by the Customer – the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging and accessories. A 15% Return/Restocking Fee plus applicable handling charges on shipments that are returned to the Seller will be charged unless the product is defective. The Seller may decline any returns received more than 30 days after the date of purchase where the product is not defective.
