This unit was originally tested and worked great. Then it stopped powering on. Not sure why it stopped turning on. It was never exposed to moisture or electrical surge or shock. Cover was removed from unit, but there doesnt appear to be any damage that we can see. Seven brand new tapes are included in this sale. An eighth tape is also included, however it has been opened because it was used to originally test the unit.

Less than 70 hours of run in time . I got it from my attorney who had it as a back up, but he kept the remote since he lost the remote to the other identical tape deck. Cosmetically very good, some scratches on the top. Powers on/off fine. No tape to test hence sold AS-IS and for parts/not working. Display is good- shows recording levels when connected to an audio source, and the playback is clean/non distorted just like the source when using the tape monitor in my amplifier.

Darauf lässt sich auf eine gute Qualität der Kopftrommel schließen. Die Kondensatoren im Kopfverstärker wurden erneuert. Aber nun das leidige Thema. DAT Rekorder sind alte Technik. Die Geräte sind 30 bis 40 Jahre alt. Dieses Gerät funktioniert wirklich gut, aber ich traue mich nicht eine Garantie dafür zu übernehmen.. Also Keine Rücknahme und keine Garantie.
