Er verfügt über zahlreiche analoge und digitale Eingänge – einschließlich eines Bluetooth-Moduls – und sendet die digitalen bzw. digitalisierten Audiosignale über eine hochauflösende Funkverbindung an die Lautsprecher. Alternativ lassen sich die CALLISTO 6 C auch mit einem konventionellen Vorverstärker betreiben – hierfür steht an jedem Lautsprecher ein Cinch-Eingang für eine Kabelverbindung bereit. Da wir selbst den maximalen Pegel für Signalimpulse festlegen, ließ sich zudem die Geometrie der hinteren Membranaufhängung für ein perfektes Zusammenspiel mit dem Verstärker verfeinern. Eine etwas weichere Zentrierspinne sorgt für eine sehr lineare und absolut symmetrische Aufhängung, die nur zum Abbremsen der Membran an den Endpunkten des maximalen Hubs ins Geschehen eingreift. Die extrem lineare Bewegung von Schwingspule und Zentrierspinne führt zu reduzierten mechanischen Verzerrungen und einer geringeren Belastung des Verstärkers, was wiederum ein detailreicheres und besser definiertes Klangbild bedeutet. SMC Die CALLISTO Tiefmitteltöner besitzen Polstücke aus SMC, einem beschichteten magnetischen Granulat, das in jede gewünschte Form gepresst werden kann. Es bringt viele Vorteile, vor allem aber reduzieren sich die durch mechanische Verluste hervorgerufenen Verzerrungen im Magnetantrieb erheblich. Die einzigartige Fähigkeit von SMC, eine hohe magnetische Leitfähigkeit mit einer sehr geringen elektrischen Leitfähigkeit zu verbinden, ermöglichte uns die Entwicklung eines hervorragenden Lautsprecherantriebs ohne die bisher in Kauf zu nehmenden Nachteile. Wie schon bei den Magnetsystemen der Tiefmittelltöner aus der RUBICON Serie ist auch bei der CALLISTO 6 C das SMC-Polstück mit einer Kupferkappe versehen. Den Effekt des SMC steuern wir über kleine Schlitze in der Kupferkappe, wodurch sich die Auswirkungen des SMC auf den Bereich um die Schwingspule konzentrieren und so für eine nahezu lineare Schwingspuleninduktivität sorgen. Zudem bewirkt das SMC-Polstück deutlich geringere vom durch die Schwingspule fließenden Strom verursachte Modulationen des magnetischen Flusses – was sich durch deutlich geringere Verzerrungen bemerkbar macht. Als Ergebnis all dieser Optimierungen und speziell des Einsatzes von SMC verfügt die CALLISTO Serie über einen extrem agilen, kultivierten und verlustarmen Tiefmitteltöner, der zusammen mit dem Verstärker eine überaus detailreiche, zeitkohärente, sehr kraftvolle Audiowiedergabe bietet. HYBRID-HOCHTÖNER Das längst zu einem DALI Markenzeichen gewordene Hybrid-Hochtonmodul kombiniert einen Kalottenhochtöner mit einem Hochtonbändchen und bietet so eine allen anderen Hochtönern überlegene Auflösung und Abstrahlcharakteristik. In der CALLISTO Serie kommt ein Hybrid-Hochtöner zum Einsatz, der mit hohem Aufwand eigens für die neuen Modelle optimiert wurde. Die extrem weiche und leichte Kalottenmembran ist so dünn, dass eine Beschichtung das Material verstärken und eine gleichmäßige Oberfläche gewährleisten muss. Per Computersimulation ließ sich das Magnetsystem weiter verbessern und die Sättigungsflussdichte im Bereich der Schwingspule maximieren. Dadurch und den Einsatz eines extrem dünnflüssigen magnetischen Fluids zur Kühlung verfügt der Hochtöner über einen sehr linearen Kraftfaktor in der gesamten Auslenkung und somit eine kontrolliertere Bewegung, eine höhere Belastbarkeit und geringere Verzerrungen. Der zweite Teil des Hybridmoduls, das Bändchen, ist ein magnetostatischer Hochtöner. Vier Bänder aus leitendem Material bilden die aktive Membran, die von einem starken, sie umgebenden Magnetfeld angesteuert wird. Bändchenhochtöner besitzen ein sehr breites Abstrahlverhalten und in Kombination mit der Kalotte deckt das Modul den Frequenzbereich von 2 bis 30 kHz ab. Diese extreme Bandbreite repräsentiert zusammen mit der breiten Abstrahlung einen wichtigen Teil der DALI Klangphilosophie. VERSTÄRKER Die Entwicklung eines hochwertigen aktiven Lautsprechersystems umfasst zahlreiche Aspekte. Ein wirklich wichtiger Teil ist der Verstärker, genauer gesagt: das Verstärkermodul. Ein hochwertiges Verstärkermodul besteht aus drei gleichwertigen Bauteilen, die perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt müssen: der Verstärker selbst, das Netzteil und der Signalprozessor. Deswegen die Beschdigungen. Holz beschdigt und ein Lautsprecher wurde auch beschdigt . Ansonsten wre es noch funktionsfhig. Den einen Lautsprecher knnte man hier bei ebay auch erwerben ansonsten google.

Ive used them both ways and they sound fantastic. Theyve got a built in amp so no need to buy an extra amp to power these to get the best sound... its built in! These have that dual tweeter Dali uses for extra detail and are from their upper-mid tier level of speakers on par with the Rubicons.There are plenty of rave reviews online to support the quality of these speakers. This optimisation combined with the use of an ultra-thin magnetic fluid for cooling results in better control, power handling and greatly limits distortion.The ribbon part of the hybrid module is a magneto-static type tweeter. Four bands of conductive material make up the active diaphragm that is controlled by a strong magnetic field formed around it. The ribbon tweeter is the master of wide dispersion, and combining it with the soft dome, we get a tweeter module that can be utilised as low as 2.0 KHz and continues to perform well above 30 KHz.
