This receiver was removed from a customers AV rack and already replaced with newer model. This was purchased from him by me as I intended on repairing it myself but cannot get Anthem to ship a replacement part to me. This unit has a defective chip on the HDMI board. Was sent for repair but cost was greater than client wanted to spend. Unit will power on and act normal but will not extract audio from HDMI inputs and the eArc HDMI out works intermittently. Unit can be bought for parts, but is repairable via Anthem RMA process. Device is not taken apart. Picture of HDMI board for reference only. Pictures of unit powered on are as it currently stands. Anthem Arc room correction mic, stand, cables, software included. Unused in box. Receiver does not have original box. Will be packed and shipped accordingly.
