Both Pre and Powers are phase-inverting.Hybrid DesignThe Series 7 Power Amplifiers are designed similarly to Glenn Crofts classic output transformerless valve circuits with one leg of the MOSFET going directly to the speaker terminal. In storage for 20 years …. original cartons are shabby but foam inserts are perfect. Refurbished by Glen Croft himself just before his untimely death. Immaculate anodized aluminium front panels and undamaged cases, although slight blistering in powder coating on rear panels.Audiophile minimalist valve equipment from a great British designer. The pre-amp has gold plated line-out and phono RCA sockets. The amplifier is 50 watts output transformer-less and will drive speakers of 6-15 ohms.The two units work perfectly as a pair and sound wonderful!Packaged weight 20kgs.
