In caso di persone fisiche, la richiesta della Fattura dovrà essere indicata nelle note d’ordine. Al momento della consegna della merce da parte del Corriere, il Cliente è tenuto a controllare: a) che il numero dei colli in consegna corrisponda a quanto indicato nel Documento Di Trasporto del Corriere; b) che limballo risulti integro, non danneggiato, né bagnato o comunque alterato, anche nei materiali di chiusura (nastro adesivo del pacco/busta o reggia o fermagli metallici); In caso di manomissioni e/o danneggiamenti anche lievi (per es. strappi sulla busta, angoli schiacciati, rotture o manomissioni dellimballo esterno, sostituzione dei nastri originali, il Cliente dovrà ritirare il pacco apponendo sul documento di consegna ricevuto dal corriere la scritta “RITIRO CON RISERVA DI CONTROLLO INTERNO” descrivendo chiaramente il motivo della RISERVA. Eventuali danni o la mancata corrispondenza del numero dei colli o delle indicazioni, devono essere immediatamente contestati al Corriere che effettua la consegna. Dopo aver controfirmato la lettera di vettira rilasciata del Corriere, il Cliente non potrà opporre alcuna contestazione circa le caratteristiche esteriori di quanto consegnato. Eventuali problemi relativi allintegrità fisica, la corrispondenza o la completezza dei prodotti ricevuti devono essere segnalati entro 2 giorni lavorativi dalla avvenuta consegna inviando una e-mail a TRIPPODO SHOP. Nel caso di mancato ritiro entro 5 giorni lavorativi del materiale presente in giacenza presso i magazzini del Corriere (a causa di reiterata impossibilità di consegna al recapito indicato dal Cliente allatto dellordine), la merce tornerà a APPIEFFE GROUP SRL e lordine si riterrà annullato.
