This is a cosmetically excellent Yamaha cr-420. All outputs are functioning. I had a CD player and cassette deck connected but didnt connect a turntable although I connected another component to the phono output jack and it was fine. The cosmetics are really in fine original condition. the wood cabinet and faceplate are undamaged as well. There is one small ding in the wood at the rear edge if the cabinet that Ive tried to show in the images. Here are the only negatives: All the 40 year old bulbs are burned out. The stereo light is out as well. When I acquired the receiver the volume knob was missing and the shaft was slightly bent. When I attempted to straighten it, spreading the split end of the shaft, half of the split broke off. Not an uncommon thing. I used a bit of plastic tubing and the broken of piece to allow the volume knob to be placed on the shaft. It both the volume and balance controls work as they should. Any questions?
