Platine vinyle rétro Sugden CONNOISSEUR BD2/A - vintage. Le lecteur de musique légendaire pour amateurs et collectionneurs sera un ajout élégant à votre intérieur et vous donnera le plaisir d'écouter des disques vinyles, vous plongeant dans l'atmosphère appropriée.  Se connecte aux haut-parleurs modernes (RCA Jack). Il y a un éclat sur le coin du couvercle (on peut le voir sur la photo), mais cela ne pose pas de problème et ne gâche pas la vue.

This was my main loving room turntable for over 10 years but I've recently switched to a Thorens TD 165 so letting it go. I replaced the motor suspension and drive belt a few years ago though it may be time to replace the latter again. Includes a nice vintage Shure M44MB cart and genuine Shure stylus with plenty of life left. There is a rack at the corner of the lid which can't really be seen if put at the back, otherwise all great condition. Includes phono connector for the SAU-2 tonearm (with ground lead).

This will require new webbing for the motor, a drive belt and a phono connector for the SAU-2 tonearm. I had kept this unit for spares but am now selli gmy BD2 (see other listing) sono lo ger need it. No dustcover.

TURNTABLE MOTOR PULLEY REMOVER and ADJUSTER for CONNOISSEUR BD1 & BD2 Hand-crafted by Williams-Sonics, my Motor Puller enables easy and safe removal of pulleys from Connoisseur BD1 and BD2 turntable motors. It will remove them quickly and safely even if they are seized on through being very tight on the motor spindle or from not being moved for many years. Removing the pulleys by hand is possible but there is the real risk that you will irrevocably damage the motors performance. The slightest bend to the spindle will take the motor out of true alignment and the effect will be heard. Unfortunately, I have encountered several motors damaged in this way. It is impossible to repair such damage. I always use a removal tool as it is just not worth risking hand pulling when replacement motors are not available on these vintage turntables. Another essential use of this removal tool is in adjusting the pulley. Connoisseur pulleys have to be aligned, often by very small amounts. Pushing the pulley too low, then too high, then too low again in an attempt to find the right place for perfect running at both 33 and 45 rpm can be difficult. Using this tool it is easy to accurately move the pulley by micro amounts to precisely tune your turntables drive system.Included with the tool is a short stainless steel tube which can be placed over the motor spindle where the spindle protrudes very high above the pulley. The tool then fits into this tube making it simple to keep both aligned until the spindle is driven flush with the pulley. The puller is supplied with important advice gained from many years of experience with these motors and pulleys.The puller is discounted when purchased together with a suspension kit, please see my other listings. This is a very effective suspension that will fit all early motors regardless of the anti-reverse mechanisms position in your motor. This rubber is a soft natural rubber with the perfect properties and excellent resistance to oxidisation, meaning it will last. The quality and performance of suspensions made using this rubber are excellent because of the rubbers natural elasticity. I have a very limited amount of this special natural rubber with no way of obtaining further supply. Nevertheless, I am pleased to be able to offer this kit while I can for all early motors on Connoisseur BD1 & BD2 turntables. These kits are already in use by owners not able to use my web based Conversion kit. This suspension is a Cut Band Suspension, featuring an easy mounting system. It comes as an all hand-made kit which includes the following: Three natural rubber hand cut suspension bands.Six adjustable fixings for the cut bands.One williams-sonics Gold Glass drive belt matched to the cut band suspension.Three natural rubber counter tension bands (graduated in size).One natural rubber insert for your SAU2 bias weight with alignment tool.Instructions which are easy to follow and produce perfect results.I am available for support with fitting through eBay messages.The plastic suspension plate ( hanger plate) which holds the motor to the metal plinth that have a 30mm hole in the centre need no mod. Also I wear eye protection against any materials and machine parts that can fly towards my face. Now I wear nitrile gloves for all the processes including packing.
