This listing is for a single (1) Cerwin Vega RE15-W 15 woofer, removed from a Re38 speaker I have parted out. It has been refoamed & the voice coil realigned. Woofer sounds great! Impedance is 4 ohms & DCR = 3.0. This woofer can be used for the D9 & VS-150 & possibly other CV models. If ordering for a model other than the Re38, make sure you model uses a 4 ohm woofer. I do know some of the pre 1980 models used a 8 ohm woofer.
