Up for a NO RESERVE AUCTION is the Cello Music & Film Systems Series 8.1 DAC serial #50665E. My source for this unit reported that it tested badly, but I still wanted to make an effort to bench test it as I do with everything I sell here on eBay. Unfortunately in this case, I do not own a pair of 3-pin Fischer female connectors (sort of like mini-XLR but NOT mini-XLR) required for the analog output. Nevertheless, I plugged it in and heres what I discovered: The Unit powers on. Using a CD transport digital coax output, the unit appeared to lock onto a signal. (See photos)Both cases and the jumper cable have numbers written on them in permanent magic marker. These numbers indicate how the power supply and DAC are interconnected. Sale includes the Interface Connector jumper power cable with an additional set of input jacks via the proprietary cable (see photos). Sale also includes a copy of the owners manual. Sale does NOT include power cable or the required Fischer 3-pin Fischer female analog output cables. Item will be shipped DOUBLE BOXED for safe arrival to you.
