I had a pair of Celestion Ditton 44 speakers which had tatty cabinets so Ive broken them down for parts. Now I tested the speakers before stripping them and found them to be in good working order. Upon testing the tweeters after removal, with a DMM, one of the tweeters (this one) measures high at 9.0 ohms. It is working but something is amiss somewhere, maybe it has been repaired?
