And Im sure there was a reason he packed this away. A lot of crazy nights and a lot of Miami Vice and a lot of Camaro hot rodding through the Rocky Mountain canyons. That was my brother. This was his. I dont have the ability to test it or promise you any thing. But what I CAN say, is it hasnt been plugged in or turned on until I took these photographs in 2023. Celestion Ditton Dome Tweeters in good condition and removed from a working system. These came from Ditton 100 speakers being replaced with German 4 ohm devices. These come with gaskets and terminal wire harness. Note: One tweeter has a slightly wrinkled dust cap, but does not affect performance.

This auction is for a pair of gently used vintage Celestion International Ditton 100 bookshelf speakers that were crafted in England. They are brown wood. They have a 40 watts power rating and 8 Ohms impedance. One is numbered 163571 3 and the other is numbered 163568 9. They measure 8.25 inches by 7.25 inches by 13 inches tall. CELESTION DITTON 332 vintage speakers in walnut The cabinets have been cleaned and lightly sanded, then refinished with Danish Oil. Internal damping foams were washed. All the metal driver surrounds have been painted. Original grill cloths have been refreshed (washed) and re-glued. Crossovers have been re-capped by HaycrossAudio: -Existing inductors tested and retained. -Capacitor pads removed and boards cleaned with isopropyl alcohol. -New matching value ALCAPs fitted to woofer and midrange circuit. -Poly capacitors fitted to tweeter circuit to improve clarity and openness. I will give you copy of the original receipt, as I also bought a Pioneer SX650 amplifier at the same time and thats a keeper. They had an active time of it back then, hence the stains on top. Since then they have spent most of their life in storage, but I just hooked them up to the Pioneer SX650 amplifier I bought at the same time and they sound absolutely superb although looking a little tired. So, fully working and ready to go. The photos show everything but they are quite presentable if you stand the other side of the room.
