Yard sale find. The extent of my testing ability is that I can tell you it powers on just fine. Buttons seem to work. The cd tray seems like it doesn’t always want to slide in all the way. It will go in all the way if you lightly push it. No remote. This is all I know about it. It may work just fine. It may also just be usable for parts. No returns. Crazy low starting bid of $5.00. Sony ES CD player original genuine simulated rosewood side panels- fits CDP-C77ES, CDP-C85ES. Maybe others? Do your own research before bidding. Screws included. These were from my CDP-C77ES 5-disk player which has recently died. They are in really good shape, except one has a scratch across the top (see pictures). Scratch could probably be minimized with a brown Sharpie pen. They have been in a non-smoking home since they were new. They measure 4-1/4 X 14-3/4 and the holes are 11 apart.
