Simple and pure.Made in Japan!Here is a short description o the modifications:TDA1541 set to work in NOS mode.Capacitors around the DAC are replaced with high grade film capacitors.Some of the voltage rail capacitors are replaced with high grade capacitors.Additional capacitors are added for fine noise filtering.Output OPAMP is upgraded to LME49720. New OPAMP is a top performing part for this purpose and surpasses performance of the generic OPAMP used in the original circuit.Output signal capacitors are replaced with perfectly matched high grade audio film foil capacitors.Laser lens is cleaned up.Muting transistors are removed to preserve maximum sound purity and a new relay is installed in the muting circuit.New CD tray loading belt is installed.Common mode filter is added in the power entry line to reduce AC power related noise.Loading mechanism is lubricated for smooth operation.Additional high quality film capacitors are installed for critical voltage rail fine noise filtering.RCA connectors and power connector blades are also cleaned.I hope this player will bring a new life to your CD collection.The sound is very reach and natural. Item untested, needs tray, no remote. Lights up. No refunds , returns.

Is working great and has been checked. This was mostly sitting in storage. When I first plugged in and put disc in I had trouble ejecting the disc. I turned it off and on a few times and held down on the eject and seems to be working fine now. Remote also included.

Hello...This unit is in Pristine condition...No remote...It does need a new belt service...The door opens by itself after closing it...With or without a disc in the tray...I have read that its a pretty cheap fix...Very nice unit...Please view all pics.
