I purchased this unit on Ebay and used it for a while. I decided to send it to Flannerys Vintage Audio for restoration. It came back better than before, but after the warranty period ran out, the unit stopped working. A few phone calls and emails later, it was decided to put some new caps in. Bought them and installed. Worked sometimes, other times no dice. Went over it again and checked everything. Redid the soldering on the fuse holder since that was suspect. Plugged it in. Some noise out of the speakers. I decided to sell this off reluctantly as parts to fund future Bob Carver audio projects and purchases. I just bought another Carver amp. The remote works fine. The manual is in good shape. The transformer cover did fall off - its that round plate with Carvers name on it. Bob Carvers signature is on the face plate. Let me know if you have any questions.
