Up for sale is an excellent condition mk2 ready with option 2 upgrade Carver M1.0t power amp. Bought and installed the customized face plate (as you can see in the pics) with the MK2 logo ($100) that makes this amp shine. Amp has lots of power and can drive any speaker you throw to this amp. The sound on this amp has the tube amp-like sonic quality to it, and was transfer functioned by Bob himself from a Conrad Johnson tube amp and this is the result of that feat. If you are familiar with this amp, I am very sure you know the excellent sound quality of this amp.This amp was restored by Nelion Audio who is the best of restoring these amps. Carver PM900 Magnetic Field Power Amplifier, Quiet Fan modification. This is easily the best bang for the buck in the Carver lineup. 350WPC @ 8 ohms, 450WPC @ 4 ohms. Very underrated amplifier. Rugged, Powerful, large heat sink. Excellent used condition. I have changed out the noisy stock fan with a quiet fan for home use. Includes a 2-speed switch thats accessible thru the fan grate. Thermal override speed included as well. Ive sold 3 of these and have had one in use for several years. This is the best one Ive owned. Extremely clean inside and out. I do not believe this amp has seen much use in its lifetime. The top and faceplate have been painted with high quality textured black paint. RCA-to-TRS adapters included. New feet. Note that the quiet fan modification is intended for home use. I make every effort to ship next business day following payment.
