Vintage set included Carver M1.5t power amplifier, Carver C1 preamp and Carver TX-11a am/fm tunner. All tested working good all functions, excellent conditions.

Up for auction is a Carver Model C-11 Preamplifier. NOTE: Everything works 100% with the exception of the phono input. Connecting a turntable to the unit, there was no sound output. The item was serviced four years ago with two capacitors being replaced. Power light works. The item is extremely clean. All connections have been cleaned. Original power cord is attached. Item was manufactured in the U.S.A. All rotary controls and switches have been clean with Deoxit Contact Cleaner. Cleaning was performed for maximum performance and sound output. There is no scratchy sound in any of the rotary controls or switches. - Infrasonic Filter - Three switched and three unswitched outlets - Phono MC - Phono MM Cosmetics: It’s in overall excellent condition. The face is in excellent condition. The item is well built. Nice simple design which produces very nice sound. All items in my possession have been in a pet free, smoke free, and humidity controlled home. Payment is due within 24 hours of auction ending. Toshiba TC9147BP Digital Tuning IC and 2 Trim Capacitors for repairing CARVER MXR-130, MXR-150, MXR-900, MXR-2000, THE RECEIVER, TX-2, TX-11 and many other digital tuners and receivers from the 1980s. A bad TC9147BP or Trim Capacitor cause many tuner-related and display problems in receivers, including incorrect displays, non-functional controls and totally non-functioning tuning capability. Tuner problems are generally caused by bad TC9147BP ICs or Trim Capacitors. Changing both parts is over 90% effective in correcting these problems. Since both the original TC9147BP IC and Trim Cap are failure-prone, we recommend changing both once youve gone to the effort to open up your receiver. The Trim Cap is an identical match to the original part, and fits into the board perfectly with no modification. The IC and Trim Cap are brand new and will be shipped in anti-static packaging. Carver TX-11b vintage AM stereo FM stereo High End tuner.The device needs alignment and adjustment. The tuner receives stations on AM and FM, but I am not sure it has an optimal performance. Therefore I made a short test with a piece of wire as an antenna. Sold as is with no returns.

Condition: In addition to those things there is also cosmetic imperfections such as scratches and scrapes - the most noticeable of which can be seen in the last of the provided images. Testing Done: If this things UP and Down button werent malfunctioning the tuner would be able to tune to stations.
