Amplifier in average condition, has a few scratches and scrapes but nothing major. Has a 10 amp fast blow fuse installed (should have MDL medium delay 10 amp) but it meets the power (225w/ch) and distortion spec with the current fuse. I dont have the correct fuse to install, but it should have if you are going to run it hard into 4 ohms. Looks to be all original, would be a likely candidate for a capacitor replacement since these amps are of vintage age, but it seems to work fine asis. Sold ASIS and without warranty. Like I said its all original and should have a restoration for best sound quality and lifetime, but it sounds fine as it sits.

This particular amp is 120 per channel into 4 ohms- features hi and low level inputs, rca loop thru for using multiple amps, bridging capability, etc... Up for sale is a Carver CT-24 Stereo Preamplifier. It has been tested and is working. However, I must note that the rca jacks for two inputs (CD and tape 1 in) are broken. So these two inputs are currently not working, but could be repaired. All other inputs have been tested and are working. The holography function on this preamp is very cool and has a noticeable effect on playback. Please note that this preamp does add a low but noticeable amount of noise to the signal path. From what I’ve read, this is typical of this model, but I just want to make this known in the interest of transparency. Cosmetic condition is pretty good, but there are a few things I want to mention about the cosmetics. There are a few light scratches throughout, a previous owner has added some white labels to the faceplate, and some of the pixels in the display are dimmer than others. If you look at the listing photos, you will see examples of all of these things. No remote or wires are included besides the power cord.
