Of course we would all love a pair of Bryston 7B-ST Cubed amps but at the cost of 15K for the pair...Well thats not gonna happen...My 7B-STs have resided in a smoke free home and have never been rack mounted...Bryston allowed me to send them back for warranty service in 2020 even though the warranty was slightly expired...They cleaned the rear panel switches and added something to the input of one amp (Repair tickets for both amps along with 2 spec sheets and owners manual will be included) These Pro version amps can have their input adjusted with a 1/8 screwdriver on the front panel and were used in my home system...I have the Bryston box for 1 amp and I will double box the other...Bryston wanted a staggering $180 for a box! Bryston 9B-ST THX 5 channel Amp. Immaculate! I am the original owner of this Amplifier. It has always been in a clean, smoke free environment. Has always performed flawlessly with no problem at all. Wonderful non-colored sound. Very musical with plenty of punch when needed. No scratches or any damage, never abused, driven hard or overheated (capacitors show no problems). Used only occasionally in the last 10 years or so. This amp is a beauty in search of a new home! I am down sizing, I have the original shipping box and packaging to allow for safe shipment. Heres a Bryston 9B SST2 5-channel power amplifier. This unit comes with all original packaging, its original power lead. This unit has had one owner from new, bought in 2012. Within Brystons spectacular 20-year warranty (which is transferable with the original invoice) this unit has just been in for service and repair (late August) for an audible hum... this was tracked down to the soft-start board which was replaced under warranty and is now also a later version of the board designed to overcome the problem associated with the earlier boards. The date code for this unit is 2012, meaning the warranty will be valid until 2032! A copy of the original purchase receipt will be included. This unit has had one owner from new. Condition report: This amplifier is in excellent condition and is effectively unmarked, except for one small scratch to the bottom edge of the front panel, as highlighted in one picture. otherwise its stunning. In use: We have powered and test this amplifier and, pretty obviously having just returned from service, the unit is working perfectly. Summary: A highly regarded and hugely capable 5-channel power amplifier, with the security of a service within the last month and manufacturer warranty to 2032! This is a very heavy unit (almost 30kg) so collection is preferred, but courier delivery is possible. The small print...The photographs show the actual item being sold. I use a studio to show the items in as much detail as possible. I must stress, that I have not serviced this item, just described its current cosmetic and operational condition as honestly as I can. PACKAGINGI only use brand new double wall boxes and all internal packaging is via ethafoam... this is the perfect foam to keep items well located and far superior to bubble wrap.
