I live in Scappoose Oregon—approximately a half-hour out of Portland. In the event of a problem, please reach out to me via eBay’s messaging system. Problems are few, and I’m very pro-active about solving any that might crop up. Any negative feedback I’ve ever received came from a person who didn’t first contact me, then failed to respond back when I attempted to get clarity on the issue. I’m in my 60’s and trying to scale my eBay efforts to eventually provide a good retirement income. So I’m in this for the long haul-- and know that the only way to grow is by being as enthusiastic about customer service as I am about vintage audio. Please examine the pictures carefully. They are part of the description. Due to the age of this device and the uncertain nature of vintage electronics, this equipment is being sold AS IS with no returns or adjustments. This is NOT a new component. As such, it does not come with any guarantee-- implied or written. Vintage audio equipment is sensitive and does not travel particularly well. So in rare instances, that which was working 100% at my house may require adjustment or servicing before working equally well at yours. Most on-line sales of vintage electronics happen under these exact same conditions—but I just wanted to point this out so there are no misunderstandings or disappointments. I can ship ONLY to your eBay-listed address. If you want it sent elsewhere, you will (prior to purchase), need to go into your settings and change your address—at least temporarily. Generally, I send domestic orders via FedEx. If the order value is over $750, the package will require a signature. Zero or low feedback buyers/ bidders (particularly non-US ones) should message me prior to purchasing or bidding on any item of significant value. If you don’t, I reserve the right to arbitrarily cancel such bids or orders (unless payment is tendered within a few hours of purchase). Sorry for all the “disclaimer” stuff, but to quote the Farmer’s Insurance guy, “I know a thing or two because I’ve seen a thing or two”. I’m looking forward to doing business with you and earning more of it in the future. I absolutely LOVE this stuff, and you will find me to be a reasonable, fair-minded person to deal with.
