Bowers and Wilkins 801 series 2 anniversary edition.rare model.the speakers sound fantastic as they should.the left speaker in the picture has had its voice coil changed out for a new one because the old one was rubbing a little and wanted them right for the next buyer.as you can see in the picture the surround has some imperfections because it was sitting in a box for three days.miller sound in Philadelphia did the work.he said the imperfections will disappear as it’s in its place.the speakers are near mint.i have the original boxes so I can ship these.its up to you to get a shipper as I have to idea how to ship freight.total weight is about 259 pounds with packing.i have the woofer covers also.no scratches or marks.for the age these are in fantastic shape. For sale is one midrange driver from a B&W 802 Series 80 speaker. I believe they used this same driver in the 801s as well. Driver works great and DCR measured 5.4 ohms. Only thing to mention is there is a slight bump or bulge in the cone as shown in the 4th picture. Not sure how it got there and could have been a slight mfg error.

These came with the B&W 801 series 2 speakers I picked up locally. The original owner had the tweeters upgrades to series 3 tweeters and kept them sorted since new so they only have one year of use. They are in perfect condition and the original box with protective cover.
