Have used the AM/FM and have played cassettes (recently), have never had the tape pull-out from the encasing. Cosmetics are in good condition. No breaks Misplaced the original power cord. I am including a white cord and it works with it. AM/FM and cassette player work. The antenna is in good shape, NOT broken nor bent, it extends to full capacity. Cosmetics show the signs of time, not excessive wear. The golden metallic section is in very nice condition. No dents Looks like it could use some cleaning. All the buttons work. The CD, radio, AUX, and tape have been checked and are in working order. The tact button has been replaced. Although it has been a long time, it is a BOSE product, so you can enjoy beautiful sound even at high volume. The speakers are two full-range speakers on the top and left and right for mid- and high-range sounds, and one center woofer on the bottom and left. The most distinctive feature is the powerful bass, and the sound did not distort even when the volume was turned up. BOSE AW-1 CD CASSETTE AUX COMPONEN ACOUSTIC WAVE STEREO MUSIC SYSTEM ~ TESTED!! This stereo is in Great looking, and working condition as you can see from the pictures (SEE PICS)!! We tested out the, cassette deck, radio and the aux inputs as well as the volume, tremble, and bass settings, and they all are working great, Guaranteed! This comes just as you see it in the pictures (SEE PICS!!) Antenna is in excellent shape and well, no dents damage to antenna whatsoever. Radio works fine. Tape works but only plays at a very low volume. 1/4 long scratch on cassette player lid. End cap of antenna is broken off, but gets good reception. No remote.
