This unit has been tested and works expect it has a bad cassette player. Overall it is in pretty good shape but there are some signs of wear so please see all pictures for details. It includes the original carrying case. It seems that the case has some sort of battery mechanism but I am unsure what it does and I can make no guarantees on the bags functionality. The bag also has a lot of wear. No remote or other accessories included. Great sound from an vintage Bose...didnt even know they made tape decks until I found this. Only condition flaw is the color/oxidation? behind the volume slide...or vice versa as the true color is the sliver of white under the slide as shown in pictures. Tape deck works fantastic as do aux inputs etc Hard to find with tape deck working that arent crazy overpriced...trust me that it sounds as you would expect from a Bose albeit a vintage unit

Up for sale is aBose AW-1 Acoustic Wave Music System AM/FM Radio Cassette Tape Player. This is preowned and has been tested and the AM/FM Radio is confirmed to be working. The cassette player plays, rewinds, forwards, stops, pauses, and ejects properly. I did try to test the recording function but wasnt able to get that to work so I dont believe that is working properly. Also, the left speaker is playing at a slightly higher volume than the right speaker but the overall sound is very strong (it has great bass and treble). There are signs of its age and previous use including some marks, scratches, scuffs, and small dents on the casing. Additionally, the very tip of the antena has broken off but the AM/FM does not seem to be affected at all by this. See the photos and video for further details. As you can see in the video including the listing, I can't get the cassette player to work at works is hitting the eject button and it pops open. It is missing the front of the cassette player. Also, the radio is not working. Can you turn on or anything I think I can get to work was putting the VCR into the audio input and if you can hear the video, the speakers are loud as can be and the speakers at least work just fine but that's wrong with his parts, not working.
