Bose Model 901 Early Series 1 Active Equalizer #13068 - Not Working Tested, powers on, but does not function properly. Possibly has one channel out. Sold as-is as a project for repair or parts. Typically, the capacitors are at fault if the 901 isn't working properly. Replacement capacitor kits with instructions are available on eBay very inexpensively. Excellent cosmetic condition, no chips or cracks to the cabinet, all knobs and dials present. The switches appear to be working. The neon power light comes on. Faceplate and rear panel in excellent condition. Some corrosion to the RCA plugs on the rear of the unit. The cabinet is the solid wood laminate version, not the vinyl wrapped cabinet. I have a Bose 901 Series VI active equalizer. Main color is black and this was assembled in Mexico. It uses an attached 2-prong power cord for power. It was pulled from a working environment, but it has not been used in a long time. It was sitting in storage for a good amount of time, but if you receive it and it does not work properly, I do offer a 30 day return policy. As mentioned, it has been used before and was in storage for a good amount of time. So there is some wear and tear, including some scratches and markings. But its still in decent condition. I did plug it in and the green power light does come on, so I do believe it should work just fine. The back of this Bose equalizer states For use exclusively with Bose 901 Series VI Speakers. Please read - the plug is a temporary replace - I did that to be able to confirm function. It will need a plug if you hate my ugly replace job which was again just done to verify operational status.
