Bang Olufsen Beolink 7000 - AS IS This is a working Beolink 7000, cosmetically in good condition. However the LCD screen does not light up properly anymore, but will still function via touch (if you know exactly where things are). The battery does not hold a charge so needs to be connected on its stand to work, and the motor does not function. It is still be functional but would benefit from a new LCD and battery pack at least. The motor has never worked for me, but I always used it on its base even when the battery was still holding a charge. Hence this item is being sold AS IS with no return. Please look at my feedback and buy with confidence.

You cannot use NiMh because the charger is for NiCd only and a NiMh charger can charge an NiCd but the opposite is not true. See images for battery pack and remote version number. Beautiful, working Beolink 7000 in original box, with new batteries. If you are looking here, you probably know all about this -- its the craziest and coolest remote control ever. :-) This unit has had very light use. It looks almost pristine, a high 9/10.Please see the close-up photos of the rear of the unit, and the charger, those also look great. This unit was in storage for years, with the original batteries removed.I recently had new batteries professionally installed. It powers up, charges, and operates well. Putting it on a tabletop, the motor automatically tilts the control surface up for ease of operation (and it looks unbelievably cool). Picking it up, the motor makes it flat again for placing into the charging cradle. Note that the charger is the European spec, it needs 220V. You can also see the European style plug in one of the photos.You will need a step-up transformer (not included) for other parts of the world. Unit will ship double-boxed: original box and packaging inside another box and with additional padding.
