This SMMC3 Soundsmith cartridge is compatible with Bang & Olufsen turntables and other MM systems. They’re handmade and the only authorized company that makes cartridges for vintage B&O systems. It’s a high performance design, featuring a low mass nude Hyper-Elliptical Diamond mounted to an aluminum alloy cantilever. The cartridge is in great condition and the pins fit perfect. The only issue is that it starts reading albums and starts skipping, which means it requires service, most likely retipping. Soundsmith offers such service in their website, and they return it as almost brand new.

This is a Bang & Olufsen MMC3 phono cartridge with a needle. Suspension is still good. However, when I play records with it the sound is very slightly distorted (it is most noticeable in the bass range) - selling thus for parts or repair.
