The Tape deck needed little work to get up to working condition. We lubricated it and cleaned/demagnetized the heads. Cleaned the capstans and pinch rollers. The Turntable was in equally good shape and just needed lubrication. The stylus is in good shape but is used. It is not new. It passes our approval as a good working stylus and should be a good start for the new life of this system. The remote needed nothing except a new set of D cell batteries. BANG & OLUFSEN 4 piece SET - Wireless Control, CD Player, Turntable & Receiver 1. Beomaster 5500 Type 2333 Receiver, good working condition except when the mute button is pushed there is a relay click in the receiver but the sound does not go away. I am not the original owner so not sure if this is normal or some programming issue. AM FM CD & Phono sources all tested good. The wireless control panel will loose connection with the receiver if farther than 20 feet away. I do not have any manuals for this system so not 100% sure how to operate all the functions. 2. Beogram 5500 Phonograph Type 5943, Tested good with several records, no issues. 3. Beagram CD5500 CD player Type 5133, Tested good with several CDs including several burned CDs. I powered this unit up and it is working like it should. There are some scratches and imperfections. Note the red circles on 2 of the photos. One is a small chip on the corner of the master controller and the other shows a small gap on the master controller door. The door function fine, its just a small flaw. This will be sent WITHOUT batteries in the master controller. It requires 4 D batteries. These 2 pieces are quite heavy, so shipping will reflect. This is sold as is in working condition. Thanks! Complete Stereo System Bang & Olufsen Beomaster Beogram Beocord Control 5500 TESTED WORKING (See Description) This is a complete BeoMaster 5500. It includes the Master Remote Control unit, Turntable, Cassette Player/Recorder, CD Player, AM/FM Receiver Amplifier. The units were tested and appear to be working. I was able to get AM/FM, Cassette and Phone to produce sounds in both the right and left main speaker channels. All the units displays and buttons are clear and sharp and working. The turntable is working great. The tonearm moves in and out, and up and down normally. The stylus looks to be in good condition. The tacking light is also working. The cassette desk drawer is very low to slide out but the tape transport is working properly. The CD drawer slides in and out smoothly but I’m not sure it locks into place. The CD play did not have a cable, so I got a compatible DIN cable. It is included. I could not get any sound from it. The Remote is also seems to be working. The display blinks constantly, but I think it is my lack of use knowledge that is perhaps the issue with this system. The units are show wear about the cases. The rubber feet are missing on several units. And there are surface scuff marks on the aluminum tops. Not bad, and could be polished to look close to new. The locking pins are missing on all units but the cassette deck. Those have been set for shipping. The smudges on the remote are my fingerprints not something with the plastic. Although most of the units seem to be working, I have marked this down as parts or repair. I did my best to test each unit and to properly describe its functionality. I am just not too familiar with this system. Therefore, I am selling as-is with NO RETURNS. I will ship these in 2 separate boxes .. possibly 3. Please see photos for content and physical condition.
