The CD player was originally sold in immaculate condition, fully tested and in working order. Buyer then opened a return as it wasnt compatible with their setup. It was sent back with the front plate broken off as seen in the photos. The receiver, speakers, and cabling that was originally with it are now gone, and I have no way to test or confirm if it is still in working order. I can tell you that it still powers up. All of the buttons light up and work as they always have, including the automatic load feature that opens and closes the player. It is reading CDs and steps forward and back between tracks. Its my opinion that the glass front plate can be secured back into place, and that it is likely to work as it used to. However I can not say that for certain. Bang Olufsen Beogram CD 4500 Tested, Working (Also included is B&O Beolink 1000 Remote + B&O 1658 Passive AMP). The Beogram opens, loads, and plays, however I do not possess the cables to test the sound. It cycles through the times for each track on the CD at the appropriate time length of the tracks. Audiophiles love the Bang & Olufsen quality! *The B&O 1658 is included in this sale (Untested) so consider parts only, I have no way of testing. These both came out of an estate sale where there were many high end HiFi items. I am pricing accordingly, well below the $650 for the CD 4500 that sold recently where it was testable entirely. *The B&O BeoLink 1000 remote is in nice condition (untested) so consider this an extra as I have no way to test it. Please view and inspect all photos. There are signs of wear, and some paint on the rear of the unit where it appears they painted something and drops of white paint were transferred. ***I will pack this extremely well, wrapped in paper, foam, bubble wrap and cardboard supports. Due to the nature of this product it will need to be packed extremely well and shipped accordingly so it will be slightly more expensive shipping cost. But better to protect it so it arrives safely.***
