This was removed from an HTM1 so the part number is different from the other matrix HTM speakers because this one has shielding included, which is the metal cup and an extra bucking magnet on the back. Works for 805 but not 803 or 804 which use a midrange and not a mid/woofer like this one.

All drivers are working perfectly and cabinets is in good cosmetic condition with some blemishes and marks. It is missing the grill. Stand in the photos is NOT included.
