These speakers and their companion components which I am also selling were professionally installed by a home theater company in 2000. I am the only owner since new. I personally tested both speakers before listing. I found them both to be excellent working order and they performed flawlessly as you would expect from a B&W speaker.The bass/midrange Kevlar cones look great with no damage to the dust caps/bullets. See photos of all sides of each speaker.The original mounting brackets remain in place and can be used to hang these speakers on a wall surface. These speakers were mounted on a high downward sloping wall and never in direct sun. Because of the downward slope, the installer used a screw to fasten the speaker flush to the wall. These screw holes can be seen in the back side photos of each speaker. There is no discernasble impact of these screw holes on the operation of the speakers.
