Verkaufe hier ein paar Bowser & Wilkins 685 in Farbe Kirschholz in einem guten gebrauchten Zustand. Die Boxen wurden an einem NAD D3020 betrieben. Mit dabei zwei Anschlusskabel - Twisted Pair - 2x3m Die Boxen stammen aus 11.2016 Die Front weist eine Softtouch-Oberflche auf, welche mit den Jahren etwas klebrig geworden ist (das passiert frher oder spter immer bei diesen Oberflchen, ist also kein von mir hinzugefgter Schaden). Das tut der Funktion natrlich keinen Abbruch, und wenn man die Frontabdeckungen aufsetzt, fhlt man es eh nicht(siehe Foto mit Nahaufnahme der Front).

For sale is an excellent working B&W 683 tweeter with some slight marks in the dome from where dent was removed, please see pics. These slight marks do not affect anything. This tweeter also fits the B&W 684 and B&W 685. No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. To install tweeter into your B&W 683 cabinet you must carefully pop off the trim ring of the woofer below the tweeter using a flat tool or screwdriver, unscrew several screws to remove the woofer so you can access the back of the tweeter inside, carefully unhook the positive and negative wire from the tweeter and unscrew the plastic ring that is located on the back of the tweeter and the tweeter is ready to be removed, be sure to take your time and you will be a success. You will receive everything you see in the pictures, if it is not pictured then its not included. All items have a hidden invisible security mark. The plastic phase plug is then simply replaced with one of our high quality aluminum plugs. It is not for nothing that B&W uses aluminum phase plugs in the 805 Signature. Through the use of aluminum plugs, the frequency response, which is already very linear for simple plastic plugs, is jointly linearized and heat dissipation is maintained. Sound is further separated from the speakers, and further enhanced naturalness makes it even clearer and more accurate. Phase plugs prevent opposing diaphragms from cutting just as reliably. At the same time, when using aluminum plugs, better heat dissipation in the area of ??the pole core increases the load capacity and counteracts thermal changes in sound. The dynamic midrange driver works with particularly low distortion when a copper layer covers the inner pole of the magnet, while the aluminum phase plug provides dispersion of the higher frequencies. So only the right combination of materials does it. The technical explanation is trite: the combination of the two materials linearizes the inductance of the voice coil. This results in a dramatic reduction in distortion.

Only cosmetic flaw is the rubber material on the front has started to show signs of aging which is completely normal for this line of speakers; this does not affect sound quality whatsoever.
