Tests good. Sounds great! This was removed from an HTM1 so the part number is different from the other matrix HTM speakers because this one has shielding included, which is the metal cup and an extra bucking magnet on the back. Works for 805 but not 803 or 804 which use a midrange and not a mid/woofer like this one.

Bowers & Wilkins B&W 804 D3 grilles used pair, these got damaged while shipping my speakers. The fabric in front is still good without any rips, but frame plastic is broken in several places, I tried to highlight all of them in red. The grilles being magnetic, still work and can be put on the speaker for protection from dust, I included some pics of these grilles on my speakers. I tried to fix them with some super glue but didnt work, some remnants spots are there as seen in the pics, maybe you can try with adhesive bond and repair, but these are being offered as defective with no returns.
