Hello and welcome to my listing for my Bowers and Wilkins 804 D2 speakers in the amazing piano black finish. These speakers need no introduction, they are quite simply amazing. Providing they are paired with a high quality, powerful amplifier, they will reward you with a very large scale sound from their relatively slim, compact size. They also look absolutely beautiful, arguably better than the more industrial looking later versions. This particular pair are in very good condition with no marks or scratches that I can see. The drive units are in very good condition with no cracks, holes or dents. They are approx 10 years old so they arent brand now. Although they are a fingerprint magnet, it can be polished out to a mirror-like finish. I have not used any cleaning fluids or materials on them because I do not want to introduce any swirl marks or damage the finish. I have used these with both an Arcam and Mcintosh amplifier with great success, they sound really good. Sadly these need to go to help fund other priorities. The speakers have the boxes and packaging, port bungs, rubber feet and spikes. I used after market bi-wire links (not included) however i have misplaced the original bi wire links. The original ones arent the best so to get the best out of the speakers, I recomend you use after market ones anyway. Letting go of spare parts from my personal collection. Dome is very clean and smooth. Does not appear ever pushed in or repaired. Tested and works. Satisfaction guaranteed. Fits Matrix 805, 804, 803. Not sure if it fits 802 and 801. May fit but I think they have a different model number. Please do your own research.

2 x B&W Bowers & Wilkins Matrix 804 Generic Replacement Tweeter Loudspeakers Coils Foils.Always fit in pairs, that way they will look exactly the same & they will also sound exactly the same.You are buying a pair of generic replacement tweeter coils & foils (as seen on these pictures) to fit the bowers & wilkins matrix 800 series loudspeakers.They are a very good replacement for your old blown or dented tweeters.Dependant on when exactly your tweeters were made, these will either slot straight into place or you will find they are about 1.5mm wider that the slot for them.If they are slightly wider, then all you need to do is to put a very thin edge of superglue around the edge of your plastic tweeter surround (use the tip of a cotton bud) & then place the tweeter coil - foil in place using the magnet part of your complete unit to line it up while the glue sets.BEFORE you first open the tweeter up make sure that you mark the position of both parts of the tweeter, they slot together in a certain place & marking them before opening them will save you loads of time & agro later on.You will need the following tools to fit these.A philips screwdriver (small - medium head)A flathead screwdriver (small - medium head)A soldering iron & solder.Some superglug & a cotton bud.These replacement tweeter coils & foils can be used with many bowers & wilkins loudspeakers.You will need a steady hand, a fair degree of common sence (like do not glue into place until you have made sure it fits together correctly) & a few minutes spare time when fitting these.REMEMBER, THEY ARE VERY DELICATE, NO RETURNS ON ANY COILS - FOILS THAT YOU DAMAGE WHILST FITTING THEM.RETURNS ON BRAND NEW NOT FITTED COILS - FOILS ONLY.If you are not still not sure about fitting these, in the first instance have a look on youtube, you will be able to find videos on there showing what to do.If you still have issues, then send an email through ebay messaging to us, we will attempt to get back to you within 24hrs (we are NOT sat on the computer 24/7)FREE UK SHIPPING ON THIS ITEM.All items are sent by signed for & recorded delivery.

Immaculate and hardly used set of 804d3 speakers in fabulous condition. Pick up from Bedfordshire only due to size and weight and prefer bank transfer upon purchase. These are astonishingly high quality speakers and I have had light usage in our pet free home.
