I am selling a wonderful Bang & Olufsen B&O MMC1 Phono Cartridge that looks and sounds wonderful. Only reason I am selling for Parts or Repair is because of Parts Swappers plus Delicate Nature of Cartridge. Please see feedback and purchase with confidence. The MMC1 was B&Os best cartridge. This was an extra cartridge used on my B&O 1800 turntable which I sold bare. When I used this cartridge I had tracking set at 3/4 gram, I always set tracking force at low setting to keep stylus in dandy condition from wear plus it also keeps suspension in nice shape. Both channels are clean and well balanced. If you look at pictures 11-13 you can see condition of stylus which is clean and sharp with perfect point. This beauty is all original and sounds so sweet. I will ship by USPS Priority for a flat $15 and use Priority box, it makes me not happy when sellers use a bag to ship delicate items. Any questions please ask. B&O Beogram 5500 + MMC1. The MMC1 is the best cartridge B&O ever produced and very sought after. This has less than 10 hours of use, so it is practically new. It is not a SoundSmith copy (1800,-) but the original one. I used the MMC2 I also had for daily use and this rare MMC1 was only for very special moments. The record deck is in a very good condition for its age. It has been serviced 3 years ago, the scratches on it are so small that they dont show up in the photos. I bought them as new: Beogram in 1990 and MMC1 in 1993. The items are located in Finland and You are welcome to listen them Yourself. I will send to EU tracked, but we both have to discuss and agree how it is done before the actual sale. The listing ends at 31.5. due to our summercruise starts then.
