Used and outer speaker box has some obvious wear. One little spot on the back of one has the foam seal barely popping through but its still tight and an easy fix. These do take the special Beovox speaker wires. Speakers themselves as seen in pics as well as covers look good. No cracking or damage to speakers and they are not overly dry. Overall in great usable condition and these are high end good sounding speakers. I cannot test this pair without wires unfortunately however returns are available if your not happy for any reason.
