Anthem’s last model before shipping production overseas, and it’s built to last. Mine is in exceptional condition, and comes with Remote (+ batteries), complete Operating manual, IEC power cable, and original packaging. The AVM 30 was a cutting edge Home theater processor with video switching, independent multiline control, FM/AM tuner, choice of surround modes, on-screen display (and you can also make every adjustment on the unit display), subwoofer crossover adjustment, full speaker tuning for size/distance/crossover, DAC, multiple digital and analog inputs/outputs, XLR & RCA connections, tone bypass, dynamics settings, etc., etc., etc. Its also a great two-channel, or 2.1, preamplifier that has a wide array of adjustment options, and has never been anything but faithful to the recorded medium. The Remote is smart (controls my Sony OLED and Yamaha CD player) and programmable, and there’s a comprehensive list of program codes in the operations manual. Its also been babied and every button is clean. It’s had a pampered and protected life. I use DeOxit to keep the connections clean. Everything works, and the Vacuum Fluorescent Display (VFD) is clear and sharp, showing no dropouts or faded dots. Note: What it doesn’t have is HDMI (see the back panel pic for connection options).
