Audioquest Diamond pure silver interconnects were a favorite reference of reputable audio reviewers throughout the 1990s & well into the 2000s because of their superbly detailed, neutral sound. This 1M pair is the first generation Diamond Hyperlitz before Audioquest started marketing their upscale cables line as “AudioTruth” and they released the x3 version (triple balanced hyperlitz).The print on the cable jackets is extremely faint (as is usually the case with older Audioquest cables) but I did manage to capture it on close-ups.The cable jackets have some light scuffing but no splits or cuts.From a smoke free home.

AudioQuest Diamond Hyperlitz- Solid FPS SILVER conductors -balanced XLR cables 1 meterVGC DIAMOND HAS ALL-SILVER CONDUCTORS. HYPERLITZ, FUNCTIONALLY PERFECT SILVER, SPREAD SPECTRUM TECHNOLOGY, TRIPLE BALANCED, and even uses Teflon and polyethylene foam air tubes to separate the conductors. This is the first gen cable that many say is superior to the x2 and x3 generations that come after, all I know is that this is an amazing cable and the current model is the AQ Firebird which is $5900.00! In all fairness, there is some new technology in the new cables... and some years of development have gone by, but it just makes these a bargain in comparison. These are in very nice condition, the XLRs are very nice, the jacket has a few rubs on it and LIKE ALL early AQ cables, the writing just did not hold up on the jackets... you have to look close to identify them and on this dark cable jacket it is hard... but I got some good pictures and I have confirmed the cables identity.
