This is a very special player. OPPO UDP-203 It is in perfect working condition. It has a Vanity HD Board from JVB Digital Upgrade giving it 4 balanced variable digital outputs. If you dont know about this upgrade please research. It is very cool allowing you to use separate dacs with no digital to analog conversion. That is most Ill explain. It also has a 350 dollar upgraded power supply I bought on EBAY. Works perfect and improved the player. The original card and power supply still work and are also included so it can go completely back to original if someone wanted. I am also including four custom Audioquest Carbon digital AES/EBU output cables made just for this unit at the factory. These are over 500 retail. Im including the rack mount that I used. All of this is seen in the pictures. It works with Roon as a great audio streamer and plays multichannel SACD with digital out. This player with separate dacs is very hard to beat as a surround processor or music player. In case your wondering why Im selling. I upgraded to a Datasat 20 processor that also has the same digital out feature as this but with 16 channels and Im still using my OKTO 8ch Dac with that. Just some FYI. Please send any questions. This AudioQuest VDM-X cable appears to be unused and has been collecting dust in my storage unit. It’s 2 meters long. The box is a little roughed up but I don’t believe the cable was ever removed from its packaging. I used to do AV installs and this is left over from those days. Maybe someone out there can use it. This is a very special player. OPPO UDP-203 It is in perfect working condition. It has a Vanity HD Board from JVB Digital Upgrade giving it 4 balanced variable digital outputs. If you dont know about this upgrade please research. It is very cool allowing you to use separate dacs with no digital to analog conversion. That is most Ill explain. It also has a 350 dollar upgraded power supply I bought on EBAY. Works perfect and improved the player. The original card and power supply still work and are also included so it can go completely back to original if someone wanted. I am also including four custom Audioquest Carbon digital AES/EBU output cables made just for this unit at the factory. These are over 500 retail. Im including the rack mount that I used. All of this is seen in the pictures. It works with Roon as a great audio streamer and plays multichannel SACD with digital out. This player with separate dacs is very hard to beat as a surround processor or music player. In case your wondering why Im selling. I upgraded to a Datasat 20 processor that also has the same digital out feature as this but with 16 channels and Im still using my OKTO 8ch Dac with that. Just some FYI. Please send any questions.
