This auction is for a PAIR of SMPS180 audiophile power supplies by Hypex. These 180W supplies have ±35-45VDC outputs, and are intended to power Hypex amplifier modules. Im leaving the three-wire pigtails on them in case they are useful to you, but if you dont want them they use Molex connectors and are easily removed. Perfect for making a set of monoblock amps, or for active speakers, etc. This pair has about two years of runtime on it, and was working perfectly at the time it was decommissioned. Vintage 3B Satellite speakers from Miller & Kreisel Sound Corporation. Some cosmetic issues but sound great. The speaker on the left is missing the MK branding on the bottom left of the speaker grill.The pegs that hold the speaker grill intact on that speaker appears to have been displaced, so the mounting holes on the grill have been adjusted with what appears to be a spray foam sealant to properly align with the pegs. That speaker also appears to have had the bottom left peg broken off. (See pics). It also has 2 sets of 2 screw holes on the rear bottom where the mounting brackets were installed. The other speaker has 2 screw holes on the right side bottom. (See pics). Mounting brackets will be included with the speakers separately. Aside from those cosmetic issues with one of the speaker grills, the speakers themselves sound great and are fully functional.
