The drive belt was renewed, we used high-quality belt by Black Reel; • The CD drive and the laser were cleaned. The tracking sleds were lubricated with low-viscosity silicone oil; • The upper cover was additionally damped against vibrations; • The cold solder joints were checked and resoldered; • The lighting of the CD compartment was restored with cold-white LEDs; • The device feet: In order to further improve damping against vibrations, the device obtained additional cork pads; • A test lasting several hours was carried out.
