The remote works fine for the volume, that’s what I use. Also, it’s an old system and probably needs a tuneup soon. It’s currently working tho, all 3 CDs loaded worked and switched. The cassette tape also loads, unloads, and plays. I tested it a bunch. Still tho, it’s an old system and they don’t last forever so try to get it tuned up if possible.
